If your visa application has been submitted to the embassy or consulate we will not be able to redraw your application and hence we cannot provide you a refund.
We will process your refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Your refund will be processed within 30 days from the requested time via our company email.
Note: You have the right to cancel your requested service within 5 business days of the date the service contract is signed. cancellation should be submitted in an email with our cancellation form signed.
If you cancel your visa application before we submit it to the relevant authorities, you may be eligible for a refund.
